I had a lovely stay in the King Room with Garden View. The breakfast spread impressed me with its variety, especially the local sausages and freshly cooked dishes. The room was clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like a private fridge and a great selection of teas and coffees. The garden view added to the serene atmosphere. the decor felt a bit dated, and I struggled a little with the signage outside when trying to find the property, particularly at night. it was a comfortable visit with welcoming hosts, but some updates could enhance the experience.

No nonsense – just the truth
A delightful stay in a beautiful King Room with a stunning garden view! The breakfast was exceptional, with local sausages and lovely, friendly hosts who made everyone feel at home. Our little Frenchie felt welcome too, especially by Arnie the resident dog. A real gem despite some dated decor!

The breakfast offerings here are really something—plenty of choices that make starting your day a joy. The King Room with a garden view provides a comfortable night’s sleep, and you can’t beat the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the place.
The signage could use some serious improvement. it was quite challenging to locate the property, especially after dark. On top of that, the decor is feeling a bit dated and in need of a refresh, and I experienced some issues with the shower leaking if the water supply wasn’t switched off. The lack of ensuite facilities in certain rooms can be an inconvenience during those late-night bathroom trips too. Oh, and don’t expect strong WiFi. I had a few connectivity hiccups while trying to catch up on messages.
